Spa Policy
When booking packages, parties, or multiple services, we require 48 hours cancellation notice. Your credit card or gift certificate number will be required to hold your booking. No charge will be applied at the time of booking. However, in the event that the appropriate 48 hours cancellation notice is not given, a 50% charge will be applied to your credit card or gift certificate to accommodate staff. Thank you!
Spa Etiquette
Please respect the right to privacy and quiet of other spa guests. Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment. Arriving late may cause your time with us to be shortened so as not to delay our next client. Please turn off your cell phone while at the spa.
Health Considerations & Instructions
We want you to enjoy a safe nurturing and relaxing experience at Body and Soul Day Spa. If you have any medical conditions such as allergies, asthma, high or low blood pressure, certain spa services may have to be modified for you or may not be appropriate.
Please inform us if you are taking any skin thinning drugs or have any medical conditions, i.e.: recent surgeries, hypertension or if you are pregnant.
If you are unsure about booking a service, we will be happy to consult with you by phone or in person.
Valuables
Please leave your valuables at home or make sure they are locked away in the lockers provided. At Body and Soul Day Spa we can not assume any liability for valuables left unattended.
Senior Rate
All seniors receive 10% off the regular spa prices for any of the spa treatments. Discount does not apply to products or gift certificates.
Gratuities
In appreciation to the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Gift Certificates do not include gratuities.
Group Parties
10 or more people booked will receive a 10% discount. Does not include any gift vouchers or gift certificates. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Delivery of online purchases
Purchases may be picked up at our Spa location or at your request are mailed out.(usually within 24 hours)
Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates can be purchased for any treatment or dollar value; they are non-refundable and have no expiry.
